Your Top 6!!!

Top 6 Competition:

We’re down to the semi finals! If your name is on the list below, you have made it to the next phase of our Habbo American Idol competition. Once again you will be performing an all new choreographed routine in front of our panel of Staff Judges. This time the Habbo community will be picking the Top 2 finalists! Your performance must be between 2 and 4 minutes.

One of our Staff Judges will record your live Habbo performance. This video will then be placed on YouTube and a special Habbo Top 6 group page. All of Habbo will be able to watch these videos and vote on their favorite performance in an article to be published after all 6 have performed.

This round of performances will be on Monday May 11th from 3pm to 4pm PST (6pm to 7pm EST) where you will have the opportunity to perform in the Habbo Judge’s Mansion. You must dance, sing, and bring your own burned Trax CD with you so that we can play it in a Jukebox for your performance (you know the drill!). Below is a list of your Top 6 and the dates and times which they MUST perform. If you cannot perform you will be eliminated from the competition.

When you are ready to perform, contact CrestHawk and you will receive the password to a special room from which you will enter the Habbo Judge’s Mansion. Top 6 voting will begin on Tuesday May 12th, with the Top 2 being announced on Thursday May 14th. After the Top 2 are announced they will both be performing on Friday May 15th, with voting taking place from the 15th through the 19th with the winner being announced on Wednesday May 20th.

Tips from CrestHawk:
- The use of a shortkeys program or any other program that allows you to type quickly is not allowed. If it is determined that you are using such a program you will be eliminated from the competition.
- When you perform for the Habbo Staff judges, we will not be using the Voting Chair or Hot Spot / Scoreboard. Your performance must include a choreographed dance routine in addition to your song choice, style and personality. Be sure to practice your routine as well. Similar to the Warm-Up rounds when we started this campaign, don’t limit yourself to simply standing in one spot for your entire performance.
- Seek help from friends. I’m sure there are more than a few stylists, choreographers and DJs out there who are willing to help!
- During your Top 6 performance you only have ONE chance to perform. Since it will be recorded any mistakes you make will be seen by all.
