2. Entrants must be 13 years or over and must have parental consent if under 16 years of age. Entrants under 16 must read the parental consent disclaimer and tick the box to confirm that they have read the disclaimer and also have parental permission to enter the Promotion.
3. The Promotion runs from 01/07/2010 to midnight at 31/03/2011.
4. This Promotion is available on special promotional 10 packs of 200ml pouches of ‘Capri-Sun’ Orange, ‘Capri-Sun’ Apple, ‘Capri-Sun’ Blackcurrant, ‘Capri-Sun’ Tropical and ‘Capri-Sun’ Summer Berries.
5. Find a special ‘Habbo Badge’ pouch in promotional 10 packs and get a virtual badge for your avatar in Habbo Hotel. There are 7 million winning pouches to be found in Capri-Sun 10 packs (1 in most multipacks) – which equates to 7 million Habbo badges, with 5 different designs.
6. To Claim: log onto www.Habbo.co.uk/Capri-Sun and follow the entry details on the homepage: enter the indented code on the top of your winning pouch - only the last 5 digits of the code are required. Codes can only be used once per Habbo user.
7. Only one entry per person per day via web only. To enter visit www.Habbo.co.uk/Capri-Sun and follow the steps from the webpage. Complete the entry form and type in the last 5 digits of your code. For entry, you will be required to enter your name, age, a valid e-mail address, phone number and postcode. Entries with incomplete or invalid information will not be accepted as valid entries into the Promotion.
8. Only valid codes will be accepted. Other manufacturer’s references or printing errors do not constitute codes. If you are unable to read your winning pack code, or it is incomplete, please send the defected pack to Capri-Sun Habbo Promotion, FREEPOST CAPRI-SUN HABBO, Rockingham Drive, Linford Wood, Milton Keynes, MK14 6LY. A new code will be allocated to you, in order for you to claim your Habbo Badge. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for labels, multi pack boards or pack inserts lost or damaged in the post. Proof of posting is not a proof of receipt.
9. Entering details online is not proof of receipt of entry. When entering online you will receive confirmation of entry on screen. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, or network error, or for any other reason beyond its control.
10. No cash or alternative prizes are available, the Promoter reserves the right to award similar prizes of equal or greater value.
11. Major winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a SAE to The Winners List, Capri-Sun Wanted Competition, PO Box PO Box 112, Welshpool. SY21 7WT for a period of 90 days after the closing date.
12. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with the promotion without further notice.
13. Regretfully the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures at the handling house or on websites. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
14. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or the spirit of the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion refuse to process a claim. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
