We've got your ticket and help is on the way!

We're currently experiencing problems with our new Habbo Help Tool. Don't worry if you've sent a ticket in - we haven't lost it (no need to create new tickets for old questions!) and we will answer them in due course.

Due to the unprecedented volume of queries we are currently receiving, Habbo Help Tool mails are currently taking longer to be responded to than normal.

This means that we have to prioritize our resources so that those with urgent queries (such as questions regarding Habbo Coins, Subscriptions etc) will be allocated help first and we aim to respond to those issues within 2 working days, while all other queries will be answered in strict rotation.

We are trying to answer non-priority queries within 10 working days. In the mean time, please do not resubmit your questions - sending multiple tickets in the Help Tool slows the Customer Service Team down, and means that they take longer to respond to you and to other Habbos!

We hope to decrease the waiting time as soon as possible and would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by this delay.
