Once upon a time there was a little boy and girl, their names were Hansel and Gretel. They lived with their father and their (new) stepmother in a cottage and loved to play outside in the snow during the winter.
One frosty morning, Hansel rushed into Gretal's room with excitement - the snow had finally landed! It was time to build the best snowman ever! Hansel and Gretel both got dressed and hurried down stairs as quick as they could. They headed straight for the door, but before they could escape into the outdoors, they heard the call of their mother.
As winter had arrived their mother needed to get warm, so she sent them on a journey through the woods to collect logs for the fire. They headed straight for the woods on an adventurous trip that would be remembered forever, about to meet a character they would never forget...
