Most of the meat, eggs, and milk we consume everyday come from factory farms — places where animals are crammed into confined spaces without sunlight, fresh air, or space to run around in. These animals suffer from boredom, stress, frustration, and many are deprived of proper nourishment and growth. Factory farms also contribute to environmental problems like greenhouse gases and water and soil pollution.
