It seems the "Fun, Fun, Fun" has come to an end. Rebecca Black, the young Internet Star known for "Partyin, Partyin, Yeah!" has finally pulled her "Friday" video from YouTube. After constant disagreements between her team of consultants and Ark Music Company, they finally decided to just end the chaos, by bringing the video off the site.
"Why isn't Rebecca looking forward to the weekend anymore?” you may be asking? Well, earlier in the week, Ark Music, who also runs the YouTube account that the video is posted under, had put a rental fee on it. This act had stirred up some drama on Rebecca's side, which caused a lot of controversy between her and Ark Music. Apparently Rebecca's consultants thought that this would make her image look bad. Maybe she was afraid that this $2.99 rental might be mistaken for a seating fee.
She might not know which seat to take, but you can be sure she doesn’t want to pay for it! Nevertheless, it seems we won’t be able to “get down on Friday” anymore. It seems Rebecca's 15 minutes of fame are up. But no matter if you wanted to party it up while jamming out to her, or even if you didn't really like the song, the familiar jingle will still be stuck in our heads for a while.
