Habbo Design Blog: Bohemian Festival!

Our June event in Habbo is based around music, and more specifically festivals. What music do YOU like listening to at the moment? Favourite artist(s)?

Elementary_Kage: I've really gotten into music much more in the last year or so. BTS, Day6, Imagine Dragons, Florence & The Machine, Halsey and Billie Eilish are my current favs.

DollsEyes: I usually listen to whatever I have on my Spotify playlist. Here’s a few of my current/all-time favs: Alt-J, Arctic Monkeys, Daughter, Glass Animals, Gorillaz, Gunship, The Neighbourhood, Of Monsters and Men, Ratatat, Red Vox, and White Lies.

Kukuyit: The music I'm into at the moment is relaxing genres like chilled hip hop, lo-fi, instrumental game/anime music and more recently KPop (BTS! Bolbbalgan4).

Sparkaro: I'm a big fan of Lana Del Rey, Taylor Swift, Sia & Fleetwood Mac! I also really like BTS and I’m looking forward to seeing them in concert soon. V/Taehyung is my bias!

Name a furni you would have made for this campaign if you could have made ANYTHING (no restrictions).

Elementary_Kage:  I would probably make a BIG screen with some parody bands animated on it or gigantic fireworks displays that you see at the end of concerts.

DollsEyes: An even bigger and crazier statue (Burning Man style!)

Kukuyit: It will be super awesome to create a massive powder paint cannon that will shoot through the skies and colour all the Habbos in rainbow glory.

Sparkaro: A hippie singer NPC wearing colourful / psychedelic dress, playing the guitar and singing while riding a unicorn and leading a marching band of cats that are playing various musical instruments. Lots of stars and colourful music notes float behind them all as they march around the room.

What music do you envision Frank (the Hotel Manager) listening to?

Elementary_Kage: Blues, Jazz and maybe some rock is what I imagine Frank to listen to. I picture him in his study or at a local nice bar with an aged bubble juice on ice listening to a live band or a record.

DollsEyes: Definitely Dadrock, like The Beatles, The Beach Boys, Bee Gees, Led Zeppelin, The Rolling Stones, etc.

Kukuyit: Oh yeah, totally Babymetal ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Sparkaro: I'd imagine some classic rock like the Rolling Stones or Pink Floyd.

Elementary_Kage: I drew my avatar dressed up as Suga from BTS.

Kukuyit: Tonight, Olsoweir, I’m going to be... *drum roll*… Jimin from BTS!

Sparkaro: My Habbo avatar is dressed up as Taylor Swift in one of the outfits from her new music video ME! (feat. Brendon Urie of Panic! At The Disco.)
