Well I personally think “Earth Day”; is a gimmick I mean one day/week isn’t going to help and people aren’t going to change the way they live but that’s just my view maybe I’m cynical but I wish someone would prove me wrong. Anyways I’m getting off topic I either bus or bike everywhere (maybe cause I cant drive), and I drink tap water (ohhh scary). marty-o

Me and my mom have a compost bin that we put natural things in. oohmamii

I started a cell phone recycling thing at my school because I think when some people have broken cell phones they just shoot it in the garbage. This does not help the earth because the trash brings it into the dump, which than it goes into the soil and that is not healthy for our earth. ReDz,

I live right by a disgusting landfill by a small town that has no limits (on) what you can through away. It is so gross that I live a mile away from it and garbage is always blowing into my yard. So every morning before the bus picks me up I go outside and I pick up all of the garbage in my yard and the neighboring lots. I recycle what I can and take the waste to a controlled landfill. And on weekends, I clean the field by my house and the elderly home’s lot. rocker1242

I use a Cloth-Bag instead of Paper or Plastic Bags. I weed my garden daily… I hope and will wish on any shooting star that everyone is going to help out. -TheRiot.

Firstly I have encouraged my friends and cousins to do it with me. We have all been recycling as much as poss! We have also been switching off switches when things aren’t in use. AND SAYING NO TO PLASTIC BAGS! Have been walking to school and supermarket-even though I HATE it. :D EvilCupcakee.x

I bike to school. I changed all the light bulbs in our house to energy friendly. MissCasidy
