To help prevent inactive Habbo accounts being hacked, they’re banned after a prolonged period of inactivity.

Hey Habbos, little security update for you 🤚

You may have heard of accounts being given bans for being inactive on their Habbo account. These bans are given out to accounts that don’t log in once for over four years, and the purpose is to help protect the account from being hacked.

If your account is banned for inactivity, you can get it unbanned by submitting a ticket here if you can prove you own the account.

If you were affected by the recent Facebook login issues and you’re being shown the “banned for inactivity” message when trying to login with Facebook, please note that you haven’t been banned for inactivity.
