On Xmas Day (December 25th), we'll be distributing FREE gift boxes to our holders – including a special Ultra version for some of you.
Exactly how many boxes you'll get is, for now at least, TBC 🫢 (Note: Ultra Gift Boxes are not being sold in the Collectibles Shop, the only way to get them is on Xmas Day.)
🛒 On December 11th we’ll be adding both the Basic and Premium Gift Boxes to the Collectibles Shop for 100 NFTC and 250 NFTC respectively. They’ll be removed on December 27th.

On Monday December 11th we’re opening up Habbo X to everyone 🥳 Our events team has organised a special snowman hunt, check the details below 👇
☃️ THE GREAT HABBO X SNOWMAN HUNT
For the duration of the open house we will have a special Xmas public room open where you can hunt for snowmen to earn Basic Xmas Gift Boxes. The room was built by Eleonoraporta (IT).
To ensure there’s enough snowman to catch for everyone, there will be multiple copies of this room open during the open house 🤝
On a frequent basis, a snowman will spawn in the room. It’ll be announced when the snowman appears and when he leaves. Players will have 15 seconds to rush towards the snowman and catch him. The snowman can be caught via any of the following methods:
❗ NOTE: You must be within two tiles of the snowman to capture him via the above methods.
If you catch the snowman, you’ll see this Wired message: “1/5 Captures!” After this, you’ll be teleported away until the snowman exits the floor. You can only catch the snowman once per appearance. Every time you catch him, you’ll be notified. There is no limit to the number of players who can catch the snowman per appearance, but you only have 15 seconds to reach him each time he appears.
When you have 5/5 captures you will be placed in front of a teleport. Enter this to record your win. You will receive one gift box per win with up to a maximum of 4 gift boxes claimable per wallet.
All Basic 2023 Xmas Gift Boxes will be claimable from the Collectibles Shop on December 19th. Make sure to join our Discord for timely updates about this event!

Earlier this month, we ran a pixel art comp in which the winning furni design will be released as a furni collectible in Habbo. You can see some of the entries by browsing the #HabboXmas hashtag.
