The Beautiful Penguin was super impressed with all the great room designs that were sent in for the
Bell Tower design competition! He was so impressed he actually took a moment, turned away from looking at himself in his shiny bell, and decided to help pick the two winning designs.
I'll admit he had a hard time judging. He kept getting lost in his own gaze while staring into the wonderful ice filled room designs. But after long hours of redirecting him back to the task at hand two winners emerged above the rest. So... who won? One sec... I'll find the names... I just gotta turn away from this mirror here. Ok!
