Big Bad Voodoo Baddie

Our submission mailbox was flooded, over-run even, with Evil-doer penguins in snazzy outfits. Well, not so snazzy... but definitely way Evil. Yah, that's Evil with a capital E! The Super Hero Penguin raced around at lightning speed trying to subdue all of these evil squawkers and clean up the diabolical junk mail mess that they left in their wake. While he successfully threw all these new baddies in black and white pajamas and cozy cells, the Super Hero Penguin pulled out a few of his favorites as the winners in the Build a Baddie design competition. He plans on foiling these uber villains' evil plots over and over and over again (after they've captured him and ultimately told him their entire evil plans of course).

The most evil designs of the baddies came from: -Sail, Warmness, RollerKingdom, Calicate and FifteenFathoms.
