We had a lot of fun answering the questions. Here is the first batch. Enjoy!

Q: What is your favorite fast food?
A: Chicken Bacon & Swiss Sandwich at Arby's

Q: What do you like to do when your bored? :)
A: I like to stick in an episode of The Simpsons or Futurama to make me laugh.

Q: How did you first find out about Habbo?
A: I worked for VMK, it was in the same office as Habbo.

CrestHawk

Q: CrestHawk, What Kind Of Music Do You Like?
A: Well as I am sure most of you are aware I am a HUGE Rascal Flatts fan. I have been since their first album about 10 years ago I think. But I do like a wide range of music from rock to classical. The music I cannot stand though is rap. I just don't care for that style of talking... er, I mean talking in rhythm.

Q: What is your Favorite Video Game?
A: My current favorite game to play is 'Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare'. Simply put it is one of the best 1st-person shooter games ever. Well at least until 'Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2' comes out later this year. My all time favorite game though would have to be Final Fantasy VII - you can't get much better than that.

Q: If you didnt work for habbo as a manager, what would be your dream job?
A: If I was not working at Habbo I think my dream would to be involved in NASCAR. Whether it means working for the NASCAR association itself or a race team involved in the sport of NASCAR.

Q: Why do you obsess over Nascar so much?
A: As children some get hooked into football or basketball... For some odd reason (which my parents still cannot understand) I just happened to get hooked into NASCAR when I was like 7 or 8 and I have been a HARDCORE fan ever since. I think I will be a fan until my time on Earth is done.

Q: What is it like being a MOD?
A: I don't know; We (Crash, Crest, nME, Smooth and I) aren't moderators. We are the US production team. Moderators are in the Player Support team. What is the difference? Production is in charge of the content on the site (articles, events, competitions) and the moderators keep the Habbos safe, answer calls-for-help, etc.

Q: What ever did happen to Kedo?
A: I get asked this a lot. Kedo was here but had already given his 2 week notice when I started working at Habbo. I don't know the details because I didn't know him very long, but I can say that it was his choice to leave Habbo and I believe it was to pursue a career in a difference field.

Q: Can you explain the process of making a campaign such as Squid Attack or BB1? The steps? Where the ideas come up... how it is carried out, etc :D?
A: Good question. We have 2 main types of campaigns. Global and local campaigns. Global campaigns are created by HQ (headquarter office in Finland and birthplace of Habbo) and include new lines of furniture. Local campaigns are concepts that are created by the local country team (i.e., Squid, Beach Bunny, Prom of the Dead, etc). For local campaigns, it typically starts with a brainstorm session where we (production) meet and discuss ideas. If an idea is decided on, a producer gets assigned to it. They then come up with a plan for the story, events, furniture sales (if any) and graphic ideas. Once the plan is approved it goes onto the schedule, then it is launched and run on the site. A campaign typically takes about 2-4 weeks of planning and preparation before it launches on the site.

Q: When will you stop making these updates noone likes and bring old habbo back? which everyone loves
A: Like all the Habbo sites around the globe, the updates come from our headquarter office in Finland to bring new and exciting features to Habbo. So the answer is, never. :D

Q: Do you know the muffin man?
A: I do. I do know the muffin man. There's a really semi-interesting and extensively long winded story behind this question actually. See, it all started in the summer of '93. I was a young and chipper notMiceElf looking into the coming future with the innocent and naive eyes of youth. Yep. I had just moved to a new town and felt I needed to connect to my ever distant father figure by learning how to play Baseball. With the help of the neighborhood's Baseball whiz kid I joined up with the other locals who played. Boy did we have some wild times trying to outrun the neighbor's baseball eating dog. We called that dog the "Beast". And, I'll never forget... Hmm... yah know, now that I think about it... this isn't my childhood memory at all. It's actually that "Sandlot" movie from the early 90's. Guess I don't know the muffin man. At one point I thought it could be CrashCarson but he's really the "popsicle hombre". I do know the muffin man lives on Drury Lane though. Maybe I'll go visit. Nah.

Q: What do you like about pixelart? Do you prefer selout or black outlines? And when have you started doing pixelart?
A: Nice multi-part question. I grew up on NES, SNES and Genesis so I have a special place in my heart for all stuff that looks like those old 8 and 16 bit machines. I like the immediacy of pixel art though. There's no drying or smudging or washing brushes. But I mostly like it because it reminds me of those old(awesome) video games. I think both selout (selective outlining) and black outlines have their place. I prefer the look of selout though. For those that don't know the difference, compare Habbo art to sprites from the Street Fighter series(selout). Each has a totally different look and feel but they work for what they are. As for the final part to your question. I'm relatively new to pixel art(3 years give or take a few months). I'm trained as a traditional painter and I try to bring the way in which I execute drawing and painting into what I end up making for Habbo. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Either way, I chalk it all up to learing. It's nice to have the traditional knowledge to fall back on though. I think it helps me formalize an end product before I start pushing the pixels.

PS: I LOVE "ctlr+z" also XD

Q: Your name can be... well, quite confusing. So I have two related questions; where did your Habbo name come from, and what are some crazy nicknames you've been called? I know I consider calling you "notME".
A: I got my name whilst visiting the West Indies with Carl the duck. We stumbled upon a tribe of rabid Habbo-eating semi-conductive jungle paper clips. I know it sounds weird but they were there (second perennial stream on the left). Anyway, being part of their food chain, and not wanting rabies, I quickly introduced myself as a mouseElf. To those that don't know, a mouseElf is ... well.. a really small elf, with a skittish temperament, that lives in the roots of trees and shrubbery. Carl, not being the brightest quack in the flock, said I was not a mouseElf. While running for my dear life I could faintly hear the quacking of Carl as a sort of chant, "notMiceElf, notMiceElf, notMiceElf". Crazy nicknames!? Most of the time I just get called Elfy or nME. I think the craziest are Mophead, toasterElf, or "is U a staffs?". Some Habbo's think my name actually means "not myself", which could also be true in a simple world where answers are only 1 sentence long.

Q: What inspired you to wear what you're wearing?
A: In most mediums/games where you get to customize your avatar, I like to take advantage of all the categories and accessories available. With a combination of my favorite colors of course.

Q:Did you get your name from that song by Alien Ant Farm?
A: Actually no. Then more current version of the "Smooth Criminal" song from Alien Ant Farm is very good...but my name comes from the Michael Jackson 80's hit. I grew up watching the Smooth Criminal music video in the movie Moonwalker over and over again. It's a classic to me.

Q: Just how smooth are you?
A: 5x smoother than normal. :>
