Paint your own Easter eggs!

Instructions for egg painting competition
Show off your egg-celent artistic skills for the chance to win a prize and have your pic adorn the walls of the Habbo Office!
One main winner will nab a bumper pack of Credits and furni. Prizes up also up for grabs for five runners up.

Here's how you get started:
Download the screen version of a blank egg and design a colourful look for it it in a painting programme (i.e. Paint Shop or Photoshop) - use the paint bucket tool to fill the squares with the colours of your choice. Another way to show us your talent, is to download the printable version of the blank egg, print it and then create your own design on it using pens, crayons, paint - whatever you like.


How to enter your egg in the competition:

3. Send the picture

A) by email
Send your coloured screen version, photo or scan of the egg to this address:

NOTE! When sending your entry by e-mail, remember that the image should not be larger than 250 kb. Do NOT send us an image larger than 250 kb - you will be disqualified! If you're not sure how to keep the file size reasonable - memorize these tips:

  • Take the photo using a low resolution (640x480)
  • Scan your drawing using 72 dpi resolution
  • If your photo or scan is too large, reduce it using a painting program (like Paint Shop or Photoshop)
  • Save your image as a jpeg

    NOTE! Remember put your Habbo name on your entry so we know who you are (don't forget to spell it correctly). Entries without a Habbo name cannot win a prize but may contribute to the competition. You may also name your egg if you like but it's not essential.
    Closing date for all entries is Wednesday April 7, 2004 at midday. Whether you are posting or emailing your entry, it must get here by this date or it cannot be judged for the competition.
